I've changed the UVCB-MEMBERS settings so that it will be a bit less 
confusing for people that wish to reply to senders.

As of a few minutes ago, if you hit REPLY to a message sent via our 
list, your email program should automatically address your reply ONLY to 
the sender (e.g. Carole). Before today, it would have been addressed 
only to the UVCB-MEMBERS list (not always a good thing...)

I think this is probably best until people get the idea of a list ;)
