First found by Chris Rimmer and reported this afternoon to me by Ed  
Hack, Black Scoters were present today both above and below the Wilder  
Dam. Ed reported having seen four males above and four males below,  
and they all remained until at least mid afternoon when Ed and I saw  
them. The four below the dam were moving farther downstream.
