Hawk Watch Trip: Putney Mountain 

Saturday, September 15, 7:30 a.m. to mid-afternoon

Putney Mountain in Putney, VT is one of the better hawk watching sites
in New England, particularly during the peak migration of Broad-winged
Hawks. We expect to see several species of hawks, and hope to see
hundreds of Broad-wings. Bring binoculars, sunscreen, a lawn chair, and
a lunch. 

Meet at the J.C. Penney parking lot in West Lebanon at 7:30 a.m. We will
be back in the afternoon - later if the watching is good.
