Highlights among 15 bird species around the snow-filled yard here in Norwich
village today (Feb. 15) were 1) an adult Cooper's Hawk briefly visiting, 2) one
American Robin, 3) about 20 Cedar Waxwings, at least some of which were feeding
on the remaining crab apples, and 4) a White-throated Sparrow, at least two of
which have been wintering in this vicinity.
