Despite a cool cloudy morning, we had a pretty good showing at Balch
Hill, with 3 or 4 first-of-the-year birds:

American robins
downy woodpeckers
American goldfinches
black-capped chickadees
Canada geese
American crows
tufted titmice
chipping sparrows
yellow-rumped warblers
mourning doves
blue-headed vireos
hermit thrushes
ovenbird
black-throated green warblers
ruby-crowned kinglets
black and white warbler
Nashville warbler
yellow-bellied sapsuckers
winter wrens
broad-winged hawk
