About 2 weeks ago I saw what I believe to be a Golden Eagle in the Hardy 
Hill section of Lebanon.  I watched it from afar for 5 minutes or so 
through binoculars, but it never got close enough for what I would 
regard as a 100% positive ID.  It appeared to be bigger than any hawk I 
have ever seen and it was dark brown.  It was not a turkey vulture.
