At the VCE office on the Hartford-Norwich town line this morning was the
usual flock of Bohemian Waxwings (32, all in Hartford), a single Pine
Grosbeak (feeding on cones atop a Norway spruce in Norwich), and single
Common Redpoll that flew from one town to to the other.

A quick 2 pm stop at the Ledyard Bridge yielded:

Canada Goose 165
Mallard 5
Hooded Merganser 31
Common Merganser 6
Belted Kingfisher 1
Common Redpoll 1
American Goldfinch 1
