After last nights storm, I had hoped for some migrants along the river, 
particularity shorebirds.
However a female Blackpoll Warbler during breakfast made me think more 
had arrived.

Sure enough:
An hour near our house produced 8 warbler species,  at least two species 
which have not been found breeding in Norwich.
This is also about the same date migrants arrived last fall.

Looking for more migrants later in the day at ledyard was less productive.
The water was very high and consequently Mallards were the only waterbirds to be found.
However, 2 young mockingbirds made the trip worthwhile.
