Seen at the outlet of Mink Brook this morning:
Mallards
Hooded Mergansers
several pairs of Common Mergansers
2 pairs of Wood Ducks
1 pair of Ring-Neck Ducks, which I haven't seen here before.
Belted Kingfisher
Bald eagle that took off out of the pine trees next to us and flew out over the river.
several other small birds that we couldn't identify -- perhaps an Eastern Phoebe
