With low water levels the past two days, there has been a good diversity 
of waterfowl below the Ledyard Bridge.  Many are in the Mink Brook 
outlet cove, so a scope is essential.

This morning an E. Bluebird was singing in Hillside Cemetery in Norwich, and I had a Purple Finch at my house, the first since late fall. Yesterday at ~3:00 pm, a cooperative flock of 215+ Bohemian Waxwings perched obligingly in a maple crown outside the Hanover Food Coop.
