Despite the cold, I had 28 species in my yard this morning including a Cooper's and 2 Broad-winged Hawks, a Great-horned Owl (calling from the woods), five Woodpeckers (Sapsucker, Downy, Hairy, Flicker, Pileated), seen/heard, two Blue-headed Vireos, a RCKinglet, a Hermit Thrush, a Catbird, 2 Rose-breasted and 4 Evening Grosbeaks. I need to get up earlier!
