Tonight's weather sounds ideal for migrating south, which might be 
audible for some of us tonight and bring in some morning surprises.

How is this for hyperbole, describing the anticipated conditions? 
"...this may well be the largest early September nocturnal migration 
event we have the opportunity to experience in the remainder of our lives"
