So, I birded the Flats last eve, circa 6 pm.

 

In the scope at one time were 2 birds. One had 2 collars on the throat, and
the other had only one.

 

Similar looking, "2 collars" was bigger, and rather vocal.  Both had short
bills. Black and white appearance.

 

 

 

#1 sang " killdeer"  # 2 was cute, and a Semi-p Plover.

 

 

Fun birds there.
