A Bay-Breasted Warbler was feeding in maples on Rogers Hill in Hartford at
6:45. It was working its way northward as the sun rose. A life bird for me
and my wife. It took many years, but I finally am in the habit of taking my
binocs when I get the paper. What a way to start the day.
