Mallard 10
Canvasback 1 Duck was larger than the Mallards, with all light brown back and darker brown head and neck. Long bill, giving the head a triangular shape. At first it was swimming around by itself. Later it sat out on a log with a group of Mallards. A lady who was there with her dog said it had been there yesterday also. I think it looked more like an immature bird than an adult female.
