A flock of 60 Bohemian Waxwings, with a few Cedars thrown in for
contrast, was seen on Skyline Drive in Weathersfield yesterday
evening. There were woodcock and Barred Owls calling in the
background and scores of robins on the ground. Brown Creepers and
Pine Siskins were also at my feeders and a Northern Goshawk made a
brief appearance. Today, near the vernal pool at Hanover's Ray
School, another 12 Bohemians were dining.
