Here's an overview of some upcoming 2012 bird programs and field trips
scheduled by the Mascoma Chapter of New Hampshire Audubon. All
programs are free and open to the public. More details about these and

Monday February 6 at 7:00 PM at the Howe Library, Hanover, NH:
"Coastal Birds - Newfoundland to Florida", an illustrated presentation
by George Clark.
Saturday February 11, from 10:00 AM to noon, Eagle Watch at the Wilder
Dam in Wilder, VT.
(In case of adverse weather on Feb. 11, this field trip is to be
rescheduled from 10 AM to noon on Sunday February 12.)
Monday March 5 at 7:00 PM at the Howe Library, Hanover, NH:
"TransCanada and Eagles on the Connecticut River", a report on a new
initiative to be presented by New Hampshire Audubon President Michael
Bartlett and New Hampshire Audubon raptor biologist Chris Martin.
Saturday March 24, 8:00 AM, Waterfowl field trip starting at the
Ledyard Bridge commuter parking lot in Norwich.
Monday April 2 at 7:00 PM at the Howe Library, Hanover, NH: "Zee zee
zee zu zee - Spring Bird Songs", an auditory presentation by Becky
Cook and Ted Boze.
Thursday April 26 at 7:00 PM at the Howe Library, Hanover, NH; "Life
on the Bering Sea Islands", an illustrated presentation by Peter
Stettenheim. Cosponsored by the Howe Library.
