A flock of Wild Turkeys is hanging out in Pompanoosuc along US Rte 5. I've seen them several times now while biking from Norwich village to Pompy and back.

They've been in the margin where the hay field and the corn stubble meet, about half way between the Pompy horse farm and Farrell Farm Rd, about 1 mile south of the junction of US 5 with VT Rte 132.

Late Saturday afternoon saw 3 males in full display, strutting their stuff for the 10 females in the group.
