Amazing feeder activity so far today. At any one time, there are by estimate about 50 goldfinches and 100 juncos on or underneath the feeders (and that does not include another 100 scattered around the yard and on the ground in the woods behind the house. A Cooper's Hawk came cruising through early this morning as I was out spreading seed on the ground. A FOY (for me) Northern Flicker made a cameo appearance as did a group of 5 Robins. Regularly throughout the day:

Downy Woodpecker 1
Hairy Woodpecker 1
Blue Jays 5
Mourning Doves 3
Black-capped Chickadees 3
Tufted Titmouse 1
American Tree Sparrow 2
Chipping Sparrow 4
White-throated Sparrow 1
Fox Sparrow 2 (edge of the woods)
Song Sparrow 4
Northern Cardinal 2
Purple Finch 2
