Birding Trail maps are available at the Norwich Bookstore, West Lebanon
Supply, and at Fairlee Feed Store.(so far).


The boys and I headed north to our camp in the refuge this weekend...

44 species:
1 Co Loon
1 F Hoody, 1 M Mallard, 2 Bl Ducks
1 Osprey, 1 Br-w Hawk... nesting ?? saw several times
Spotted and Solitary Sandp
1 F Bl-backed Woodpecker, Hairy and Sappy too
Pair of Gray Jays... very fun w/ tons of character.
Winter Wrens
Yellow-bellied, Alder Flyc's
bunch of Blue-headed (and Red-eyed) Vireos
Hummers, tree swallows, chimney swifts
Swainson;s Thrush... sweet song
Warblers: No Waterthr, Blackburn, Bl-thr Green and Blue, Redstarts, Parula,
Chestnut-s, B&W,
	Ovenb, Co Yellowthr, Nashville, Yellow-rump, Canada,
Rose-br Groseb
No cedar waxwings, or Rusty Blackbirds

ps.. if anyone wants a get-away thats fairly local... our cabin is
available.
