Discovered a Great Horned Owl family in a swamp in Etna with at least 2 branching chicks. One could fly a bit the other still "laddering" from branch to branch. This swamp also has a Gr Blue rookery. Wondering what effect mom and dad Gr. Horned had on the Gr. Blue nest success. We did see some Gr Blues in their nests, but we were on the wrong side to see them well.
