Will and I birded the Flats from 5:30-7:00.

 

We got several angles for better looks.

 

Bunch Killdeer

14+- Semi-palmated Sandpipers, couldn't make out any Least

2 Solitary Sa

~6 Lesser Yellowlegs

2 Greater Yellowlegs (even sang, Klew-klew-klew)

1 Am Golden Plover....this was a bird fading from breeding plumage. Will and
I looked at it for 20 minutes. I think because of its more demure nature,
eyebrow, head cap in rusty brown make it a AGPl.

                                (we are happy to discuss this) 

 

Plan to make it out tomorrow am.
