Enjoy a full day of birding in Addison County, Vermont with Mascoma Chapter of NH Audubon. We'll hopefully see thousands of migrating Snow Geese, and spend time looking for Ross's Geese and Cackling Geese. This area of Vermont is also one of the best for rarities.
Morning at the Snow Geese viewing area (Brilyea Access). Afternoon on Lake Champlain looking for water fowl and gulls anywhere from McCuen Slang to Button Bay.

Look for breeding Sandhill Cranes in Bristol, VT on the way home.

Plan on walking through mud. Bring a lunch for a full day of birding! Trip Leader: Spencer Hardy

Carpool to Dead Creek.
Sunday, October 19th, all day
Meet at JCP parking lot in West Lebanon at 7:00 am.
