The trip is on. The weather reports say partly sunny with showers for tomorrow. We are meeting at Centerra, Lebanon NH, near the Lake Sunapee Bank, to car pool out to Canaan at 6:30 am. We are trying to get to meet Len at 7 am. Len Reitsma says there are 20 male Canada Warblers out there. There are nests already built.
This should be a treat. Dress for bugs and ticks. Bring a snack and drink. Parking is limited. But here are the directions if you want to meet us out there:
If you turn left onto Switch Rd off rt 4 East in Canaan , proceed about 2 miles and Len will be waiting at the left turn on to a dirt road that provides parking for BPNA.
