The male Brown Thrasher has been singing in my yard morning and evening for the past few days. They nest in the scrub near my house and are usually successful.

First Yellow-Bellied Sapsucker of the season was drumming on my telephone pole this am.

Pair of Bluebirds have been around since early this week.

White-throated and chipping Sparrows have arrived. Juncos still here.
