It is summer.
Young birds have been appearing for awhile. In the last few days a few new
youngsters showed up near our house.

Yesterday I found a pair of Wood Thrushes defending a recently fledged
young.

Today both Grosbeaks brought young to the feeders for the first time this
year, and a pair of Common Yellowthroats successfully fledged at least three
young from the weeds in our back yard.

"Our" Bluebird young are getting louder in the nest everyday now.

Also a coops visited our yard and clothesline briefly.

Good Birding,
Spencer
