Hello, I saw my first robin last Thursday in New London, The juncos showed
up at my feeders on Saturday, A red winged balckbird was in the yard
yesterday and 3 today, about 30 robins were under and on the apple tree this
morning along with some starlings, a common grackle, a small flock of
goldfinches, junocs, a female hairy woodpecker and what I think was a pine
grosbeak. Of course the usual blue jays, black-capped chickadees were also
visiting the feeders. What a busy morning they all had. I usually don't have
large flocks of robins here until April. Is this possibly a sign of an early Spring?
Thanks Annr
