This is New Hampshire Audubon's Rare Bird Alert for Tuesday, November 23rd, 
2010.



10 TUNDRA SWANS were seen on the Connecticut River north of Hanover on the 
20th, but have not been relocated.



A male EURASIAN WIGEON was discovered in Dodge Pond in Hampton Falls on 
November 19th, and was again reported on the 20th, 21st, and 22nd. Also, 
present on the 19th were 2 NORTHERN PINTAILS.



A LARK SPARROW was found in a flock of mainly HOUSE SPARROWS in shrubs 
located at the entrance into the parking lot at Hampton Beach State Park on 
November 13th. It has been seen many times since then and was last reported 
on the 20th.



A flock of 17 BOHEMIAN WAXWINGS was seen in Chatham on November 21st.



7 BLACK-LEGGED KITTIWAKES and more than 15 RAZORBILLS were seen migrating 
south along the coast on November 22nd.



A RAZORBILL was seen in New Castle on November 23rd, and one was seen off of 
Odiorne Point State Park in Rye on the 21st, and there were several reports 
of BLACK GUILLEMOTS from the coast during the past week.



A PECTORAL SANDPIPER was seen along the Blackwater River in Seabrook on 
November 21st.



A flock of 40 BLACK SCOTERS was seen on Spofford Lake in Chesterfield, and a 
flock of 17 were reported from the Connecticut River in Hinsdale, all on 
November 20th.



50 HORNED LARKS were reported from the fields at Horseshoe Pond, and 50 were 
reported from the Post Office fields, all in Concord on November 22nd.



2 AMERICAN PIPITS were seen at the Horseshoe Pond fields on November 20th.



2 SNOW BUNTINGS were seen at the Canterbury Sod Farms on November 21st.



A flock of 10 EVENING GROSBEAKS was seen at the Harris Center in Hancock on 
November 23rd.



A late-migrant TENNESSEE WARBLER was seen along Pine Island Road in 
Manchester on November 21st, and again on the 22nd.



A late-migrant BLUE-HEADED VIREO was reported from Nelson on November 23rd.



A flock of 52 WILD TURKEYS were reported from Lyme on November 17th - what 
timing!
