From 7:00 to 9:00 AM on Saturday May 10, 2014, the Milton Frye Nature
Area Committee has arranged a bird walk to be led by George Clark in
the Norwich nature area. This walk is free and open to the public.
We'll be seeking newly arrived migrants and summer resident birds.
Bring binoculars if available. We'll walk perhaps a mile over fairly
level, but uneven, ground. In the unfortunate case of heavy, steady,
rain, this walk will be cancelled.

Route instructions: From Exit 13 off I-91, turn towards the village of
Norwich, VT. Upon entering the village along Route 5 (Main Street),
take the first right turn onto a paved road passing between St.
Barnabas Episcopal Church on the right and the Norwich Town Green on
the left. After passing the Marion Cross School on the left, turn
right into a parking lot. The walk is to begin at 7 AM by the
trailhead at the far end of the parking lot.

George Clark
Norwich, VT
