The beaver pond on Tiger Town Rd. in Norwich was drained recently and now has a good amount of shorebird habitat available. A scan from the car this afternoon found 4 Solitary Sandpipers and a Semipalmated Plover.

This might be a place to keep an eye on, especially after storms and other fallout conditions.
