As seen from Kendall Station Road in Norwich, VT, during late morning
today, 5 Canada Geese were flying northward along the Connecticut
River, which remained ice-covered though with pools of water on the
surface of the ice. Also, 3 Common Grackles as well as 5 male Red-
winged Blackbirds were nearby along Old Bridge Road.
