That's a nice find.  Peg Ackerman can tell you about the Orchard Orioles that
nested at her in-law's house in Thetford.  That's probably the 1995 sighting you
referenced.

The first Upper Valley sighting I remember was in 1941 or 42 just south of the
Hanover/Lebanon town line on Rte 10.  I could find the exact date if anyone
wanted to know.
