Out briefly this AM in downpour. (sanity in serious 
question)
Exposed mudflats on the Ompompanoosuc along Rt 132 had 
numerous shorebirds: Kildeer, Semipalmated Plover, Black-
bellied Plover (not a good enough look to completely rule 
out Golden), Least Sandpiper, Semipalmated Sandpiper, 
Solitary Sandpiper and a Merlin (there for obvious 
reasons).
