We have a reliable white throated sparrow. Not sure if that is a big deal on the count, but we never have them winter here in 20+ years. Had a purple finch to day too. Also heard of a flicker up on Chapel Hill rd Norwich. 2 mornings in a row. Trying to get a picture. But can only be mistaken for a redbellied both good birds on the count. Please let me know if interested and I can get an address and permission for the woodpecker. You all are welcome at my place. The sparrow is at the platform feeder at the rear of the backyard under the big pines near firewood. It comes and goes every few minutes in these temps.
