enjoyment of nature and the great out-of-doors. The day's events will
include family-oriented activities throughout the day at such locations as
McLane Center in Concord, Massabesic Audubon Center near Manchester,

Subject: [UVB] Mascoma Chapter bird walk 7/28/12
This is a reminder that the Mascoma Chapter of New Hampshire Audubon
is to hold a bird walk led by George Clark from 7:00 to 10:00 AM on
Saturday July 28, 2012. We'll looking in the vicinity of the
Connecticut River for summer nesting birds and their young as well as
any early fall migrants. This walk is free and open to the public.
Participants should bring binoculars and scopes if available. Children are
welcome.
We'll meet at 7 AM in the parking lot of the Dartmouth Printing
Company at 69 Lyme Road (east side of Route 10) in Hanover, NH. (The
Dartmouth Printing Company is located immediately adjacent to, and on
the north side of, the Richmond Middle School.} We plan to carpool and
go on to Wilson's Landing and then continue along River Road in
Hanover northward into Lyme.
For more details on Mascoma Chapter activities, including bird walks
on August 18 and September 29, see
