And same here in Bethel VT. We have at least 100 juncos, half that many
gold finches, plus purple finches, white throat and chipping sparrow,
tree sparrow, jays , titmice, hairy and downys, evening grosbeaks, and a
first for us on the feeder...a bluebird. A sprinkling of chickadees. A
few red wings. It is a constant feeding frenzy. Our ground is completely
white. The birds do not even seem to be fighting one another .
