This afternoon I had a Chipping Sparrow at my feeders. I had good looks at it, and the breast was definitely clear with no spot or streaks, the cap was rusty, and there was a black line through the eye with a white supercilium. It looked like an adult. At dinner tonight, Art Mudge said he had seen it at his feeder on the other side of the building, too.
