About 2PM yesterday I saw a Double-crested Cormorant sitting on a covered boat behind the Baited Hook restaurant.
It was still there 1/2 hr later sharing its roost with 5 Gulls.
At 5 PM it had moved on. I believe it to be a juvenile as it had a light face, breast, and upper back.
I have had little Hummingbird activity at my house this week. I saw one at some flocks on Friday. I did clean and refill the feeders at the hospital as I felt the area is within the migration zone. I will probably remove them next weekend.
