George Clark, Spencer Hardy and several others has set me straight on the i.d. of the flycatcher I posted on Flickr".

From George:

"The photos from Campbell Flats appear to show an Eastern Phoebe which didn't wag its tail. If that bird were an Eastern Wood-Pewee, it should have wing bars and a yellowish lower mandible reaching out to the tip. Neither of those characteristics appear in the photos. Also, a pewee on October 11 would be a notable rarity because the date would be about as late in the fall as that species has ever been recorded in the state of Vermont, according to the bar graph in the Murin and Pfeiffer book (2002, Birdwatching in Vermont). Phoebes regularly remain until about the end of October."

Thanks George-I missed the boat on that one, especially with the beak.  Nice to have experts amongst us! 

I added a Greater Yellowlegs to the collection.  Seen at quite a distance, but like the behavior.
