Chris Rimmer and I followed up this sighting this morning (5/1) and found 3 Red Crossbills at Dewey's. A female was feeding young.

From Dewey's boat launch parking area on Quechee Main Street, walk east on the street a couple of hundred feet. Look and listen in the pines on the right. Heavy traffic in the morning.

There was also good swallow activity, but not much else.

Kyle
