Following up my earlier field report, I heard later from Ken Cox that
the Red-throated Loon had moved to nearby Mill Pond by 6:55 pm.

Highlights of my visit to Runnemede:

Common Goldeneye 1 female
Hooded Merganser 7
Common Merganser 13
Red-throated Loon 1 observed clearly in good light from 25-30 m away as it swam and dove; likely an adult not yet molted into alternate plumage, as neck and face appeared distinctly whitish with no "peppery" or dusky appearance. Seems late for an adult to show no trace of breeding plumage, however.
Common Loon 1 adult
Double-crested Cormorant 1
Great Egret 1
Osprey 3
Northern Rough-winged Swallow 3
Tree Swallow 60 foraging over water in west branch of lake; probably undercounted
Palm Warbler (Yellow) 1
Yellow-rumped Warbler (Myrtle) 3
