There is a leucistic Robin at exit 9 off I-91 in Hartland. The bird
was seen morning and afternoon on 6/11. It has a white nape,
extensive white on the wing and bilateral longitudinal tail stripes.
It suggested a mockingbird while flying away but on subsequent view
it walks like a Robin , clucks like a Robin, catches and eats worms
like a Robin and has a red breast. It is a nice photo op.
Take the unpaved road past Meuniere's Towing Service and Garage. It
was right above the Garage and in the road.
Alan
