A reminder that NH Audubon's Mascoma Chapter is hosting a bird walk along River Rd. from Hanover into Lyme (if time allows) this Saturday morning beginning at 8 a.m. Veteran birder George Clark will lead this trip of about two hours duration.

Interested persons should meet in the Dartmouth Printing Company's parking lot
(69 Lyme Road aka NH Route 10), located adjacent to the Richmond School
in Hanover, NH. A carpool-based caravan will be formed and will then head north with a stop at Wilson's Landing before turning onto scenic River Road in Hanover. All kinds of birds will be sought, but migrating sparrows will be
of special interest. This program is free and open to the public.
Children accompanied by an adult are welcome. Walking will be on fairly
level ground for distances up to a half mile. Bring binoculars and
scopes if available. In the event of steady rain, this trip will be
canceled.
