Some inbound phone calls to campus are experiencing an issue whereby the called party and the calling party cannot hear each other after establishing a call. This is occurring across multiple carriers.

UPDATE: 10/23/15,  We continue to experience inbound telephone calls either disconnecting upon answer. We continue to work with the carrier to determine the source of the problem.



Some inbound phone calls to campus are experiencing an issue whereby the called party and the calling party cannot hear each other after establishing a call. This is occurring across multiple carriers.

Network Services is working with our telephone vendor to resolve this issue.
