Please mark your calendars.  The next OSP Round Table will be held on 11/1/17 from 11:00am-12:00pm in Goldstein/105 Occum Commons.  

This brown bag lunch event will feature Lisa Wallace, Manager of Project Support and Outreach, from the Administration and Provost Finance Center.  Lisa will be rolling out a solution to increase department efficiency for submitting payments.  

Starting in November, this new system will offer stream-lined submission methods, ability to track progress of payment requests, ease in obtaining status of payments, and make it easy to access documents when you need them.  This new solution will replace the submission and processing of:  PO Invoices, Non-PO Invoices, Business Expense Reimbursement (BER), Cast Advances, Miscellaneous Income Payment Voucher (MIPV) and Requests for Payment.
