Thanks Mark, - but I'm afraid that you won't be able to solve it. My
feeling is that it's either in the built-in Adobe engine in OS X 10.6 or
the viewing engine in AdobeReader, but most likely to think it's in the
Adobe engine in the system.
If it can be of any help in your further examinations/investigations my
ver. of Adobe Reader is ver. 10.1.14 US English version - latest
possible version for OS X 10.6.8.
