Hello Everyone...

As already discussed once here on this list I’ve been unable to add
colors to any kind of page frames no matter how I tried. - At least not
until the other day...

OK, repetition...
What I tried first was to make the frames and of course they appeared in
black (white here since I always work in reverse mode with white text on
black background).

Next I clicked on the color palette field in the Frames toolbar, entered
the values I wanted to be the colors of the frames, - nothing happened.

Deleted all prefs and setting up a new ’Nisus New File’, re-entered all
my settings in Preferences and here I also marked the Frames and tried
to enter colors to work with a fixed color profile for all frames, -
nothing happened - still the black frame.

OK, then the other day I again tried to see, if something had changed -
hit the Frames color palette field and by unluck hit the slider itself
instead of entering the RGB value... - Et voila! - Frames became
colored... What? - Tried once, twice, thrice and more times using the
sliders.... Certainly all changed were registered and added or removed
from any frame type when I use the sliders. - OK once more tried to type
in the color values and frames went back to only be black.

Tried the same with all my Nisus templates and the exact same happens.

So what is this, - a missing connection between the sliders and the
color value fields in the color palette?

This is now also sent to the nice Nisus 'hackers'.:-))

Cheers, Erik Richard
