You first copy your Classic Nisus files on your OS X machine, then
you drag and drop them on my droplet. Normally, the files will be
opened in NWP, and saved as other files in rtf format (the original
files will not be overwritten). But be sure that you drag and drop
only Classic Nisus files...!

If, by some accident, your Classic Nisus files have lost their
"creator", then, perhaps they will not be recognized as Classic Nisus
files by NWP. In such cases, perhaps the method described by
Takamitsu will be useful. Otherwise, another method would be to put
your files in a folder and compress the folder with some utility (zip
or StuffIt, etc.) (on the machine running Classic OS), then copy the
compressed file to your machine running OS X; decompress the file on
your OS X machine, and drag and drop the files onto the droplet.

I hope it will work for you.
