I just found out now that if we *right* click on the arrow (whose shape faintly reminds me of a boomerang) then a small pop-up window appear with 3 options:

View conversation

"Conversation" here means all posts from the particular person in one long list.


Tim, did Hamid’s suggestion of rebuilding the mailboxes help?
