I used the Apple Menu > Software Update… and was offered updates for iTunes, iPhoto and GarageBand. 

iTunes now crashes regularly when I try to play videos in Full Screen using Video Playback in "Separate Window".

I haven’t looked at iPhoto and GarageBand yet to see if they are all right.
